331.62 Issuance of new bonds. Sec. 32. If it considers refunding expedient, a local authority may periodically issue bonds to refund or refund in advance bonds or notes issued by the local authority, any other local authority, or the state authority, by the issuance of new bonds pursuant to the requirements of sections 43a to 43g.
