331.63 Local authority; conveyance of hospital facilities. Sec. 33. When all bonds issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter have been retired, then the local authority may convey the title to the hospital facilities to the lessee hospital or organization authorized to operate a hospital in accordance with any agreement executed between the local authority and the lessee hospital.
