331.82 Nondiscrimination provision. Sec. 52. The authority shall require that use of hospital facilities assisted under this act shall be open to all regardless of race, religion, sex, or creed and that contractors and subcontractors engaged in the construction or alteration of hospital facilities assisted under this act shall provide an equal opportunity for employment, without discrimination as to race, religion, sex, or creed. The hospital to which any hospital loan is made shall covenant with the authority that the nondiscrimination provision shall be enforced. History: 1969, Act 38, Imd. Eff.
