333.26232 Definitions.Sec. 2. As used in this act: (a) 'Breast and cervical cancer control program' or 'program' means the comprehensive program implemented in 1991 by the department pursuant to a grant from the federal centers for disease control and prevention to provide certain women with access to life-saving cancer screening services and follow-up care, including cancer treatment if necessary. (b) 'Department' means the department of community health. (c) 'Fund' means the Amanda's fund for breast cancer prevention and treatment created in section 3. History: 2007, Act 134, Imd. Eff.
