333.12426 Action for injunction or other process. Sec. 12426. Notwithstanding the existence and pursuit of any other remedy, the department may maintain an action in the name of this state for an injunction or other process against a person to restrain or prevent the establishment, conduct, management, maintenance, or operation of an agricultural labor camp without a license.
