333.12507 Campground facilities to meet requirements prescribed under MCL 333.12511.Sec. 12507. Before an application for a campground license is approved, the department, its agent or representative, or a representative of a designated local health department shall determine that the campground contains facilities which meet the requirements prescribed in rules promulgated under section 12511.
