333.13304 Inspection of building and premises; conformity as condition to issuance of license. Sec. 13304. When the construction and establishment of a class IV installation is completed, the department shall be notified and it shall inspect the buildings and premises in which the dry cleaning operations are contemplated. If the building and premises conform to the approved plans submitted in accordance with this part or rules promulgated pursuant to this part, the department shall issue to the applicant a license to conduct a class IV installation.
