333.13536 Injunction; order directing compliance. Sec. 13536. If, after thorough investigation by the department, it is the judgment of the department that a person has engaged in or is about to engage in an act or practice which constitutes a violation of this part or a rule or order, the attorney general, at the request of the department, shall make application to the appropriate circuit court for an order enjoining the act or practice or for an order directing compliance with this part or a rule or order issued pursuant to this part.
