333.13706 Implementation and enforcement of part; coordination of regulatory activities; consultation, cooperation, and assistance. Sec. 13706. (1) The department shall implement and enforce this part, and shall coordinate all regulatory activities of state agencies and departments acting within the scope of their responsibilities related to waste. (2) The departments of agriculture, management and budget, commerce, natural resources, state police, the state transportation department, and other state departments and agencies shall consult and cooperate with the department and shall assist the department in the implementation of this part.
