333.13737 Action to restrain, enjoin, prevent, or correct violation; rules adopting schedule of monetary civil fines. Sec. 13737. (1) Notwithstanding the existence and pursuit of any other remedy, the director, without posting a bond, may request the attorney general to bring an action in the name of the people of this state to restrain, enjoin, prevent, or correct a violation of this part, rules promulgated under this part, or a permit or license or order issued under this part. (2) The department may promulgate rules to adopt a schedule of monetary civil fines in accordance with sections 2262 and 2263 to enforce this part. History: Add. 1987, Act 203, Imd. Eff.
