§ 333.16107

333.16107 Definitions; P.Sec. 16107. (1) 'Permanent revocation' means the permanent cancellation or withdrawal of a license, registration, or authorization to engage in the practice of a health profession under this article that is issued by the department, board, or task force. (2) 'Probation' means a sanction that permits a board to evaluate over a period of time a licensee's or registrant's fitness to continue to practice under a license or registration. (3) 'Public member' means a member of the general public who is not a licensee or registrant, is a resident of this state, is not less than 18 years of age, and does not have a material financial interest in the provision of health services and has not had a material financial interest within the 12 months before appointment.
