333.16126 Registration board; membership. Sec. 16126. A registration board shall be composed of a majority of members registered in the profession which that board registers. The board shall include at least 1 public member. The director shall be an ex officio member without vote, but is not a member for the purposes of section 5 of article 5 of the state constitution of 1963 or for determining a quorum.
