333.16227 Suspension or revocation of license or registration; other sanction or action.Sec. 16227. (1) For an offense committed within 2 years after a previous offense of the same kind, a disciplinary subcommittee shall suspend the license or registration for a period of at least 180 days or revoke the license or registration.
