333.16239 Pamphlet. Sec. 16239. Each licensee or registrant who is in private practice shall make available upon request of a patient a pamphlet provided by the department outlining the procedure for filing an allegation with the department under section 16231. The department shall prepare the pamphlet in consultation with appropriate professional associations and the boards and task forces. The department shall prepare and print the pamphlet in languages that are appropriate to the ethnic composition of the patient population where the pamphlet will be available.
