333.16907 Board of marriage and family therapy; creation; membership; terms.Sec. 16907. (1) Subject to section 16913(2), the Michigan board of marriage and family therapy is created in the department. The board consists of the following 9 voting members who shall meet the requirements of part 161: six licensed marriage and family therapists and 3 public members. (2) Subject to section 16913(2), the terms of office of individual members of the board created under subsection (1), except those appointed to fill vacancies, expire 4 years after appointment on June 30 of the year in which the term will expire.
