333.17317 Out-of-state license; requirements. Sec. 17317. Subject to section 16186, the department may issue a nursing home administrator's license, without examination, to an individual who holds a current license as a nursing home administrator from another state if the applicant passes an examination approved by the department and the board which tests the individual's knowledge of law relating to practice in Michigan.
