333.17437 Time of certification. Sec. 17437. Except for a licensee from another state who is seeking licensure in this state, an optometrist licensed after the effective date of this section who intends to obtain certification to administer diagnostic pharmaceutical agents and to administer and prescribe therapeutic pharmaceutical agents shall obtain the certification at the time of initial licensure.
