333.17733 Relicensure of pharmacist; requirements. Sec. 17733. A pharmacist who has not actively engaged in the practice of pharmacy for more than 3 consecutive years may be granted relicensure upon application and completion of a program of practical pharmacy experience of at least 200 hours, as determined by the board.
