§ 333-17748d

333.17748d Violation of MCL 333.17748a or 17748b; penality.Sec. 17748d. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, a person that violates section 17748a or 17748b is guilty of a misdemeanor. (2) Except as otherwise provided in this section, a person that knowingly or willfully violates section 17748a or 17748b or a person that falsifies prescriptions in order to compound a pharmaceutical in bulk is guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 2 years or a fine of not more than $1,000.00, or both. (3) Except as otherwise provided in this section, a person that knowingly or willfully violates section 17748a or 17748b or a person that falsifies prescriptions in order to compound a pharmaceutical in bulk, which activity results in personal injury, is guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 4 years or a fine of not more than $4,000.00, or both. (4) A person that knowingly or willfully violates section 17748a or 17748b or a person that falsifies prescriptions in order to compound a pharmaceutical in bulk, which activity results in serious impairment of a body function, is guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 5

(5) A person that knowingly or willfully violates section 17748a or 17748b or a person that falsifies prescriptions in order to compound a pharmaceutical in bulk, which activity results in death, is guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 15 years or a fine of not more than $20,000.00, or both.
