333.17759 Dispensing harmful drug; requirements. Sec. 17759. A harmful drug shall be dispensed only: (a) As a prescription drug. (b) Under the control of a licensed pharmacist or prescriber, who maintains records for the dispensing of these drugs which are the same as records required for the dispensing of prescriptions.
