333.20177 Action to restrain, enjoin, or prevent establishment, maintenance, or operation of health facility or agency. Sec. 20177. Notwithstanding the existence and pursuit of any other remedy, the director, without posting a bond, may request the prosecuting attorney or attorney general to bring an action in the name of the people of this state to restrain, enjoin, or prevent the establishment, maintenance, or operation of a health facility or agency in violation of this article or rules promulgated under this article.
