333.21307 Exemptions. Sec. 21307. This part does not authorize the medical supervision, regulation, or control of the remedial care or treatment of residents in a home for the aged operated for the adherents of a bona fide church or religious denomination who rely on treatment by prayer or spiritual means only in accordance with the creed or tenets of that church or denomination. The residents, personnel, or employees, other than food handlers, of the home are not required to submit to a medical or physical examination. History: 1978, Act 368, Eff.
