333.21534 Hospice care information provided by hospital. Sec. 21534. Upon the request of a patient, a patient's physician, a member of the patient's family, the patient's designated patient advocate, or the patient's legal guardian, a hospital shall provide information orally and in writing to the requesting party regarding hospice and palliative care services and the availability of hospice care in the area in which the hospital is located.
