333.21772 Interference with right to bring action or file complaint prohibited; retaliation prohibited. Sec. 21772. The owner, administrator, employee, or representative of a nursing home shall not interfere with the right of a person to bring a civil or criminal action or to file a complaint with the department or other governmental agency with respect to the operation of the nursing home, nor discharge, harass, or retaliate against a person who does so or on whose behalf the action is taken.
