333.2209 Public health advisory council; election and terms of chairperson and vice-chairperson; quorum; reimbursement; staff support. Sec. 2209. (1) The public health advisory council shall elect a chairperson and vice-chairperson for terms of 2 years and shall determine the number of voting members constituting a quorum for the transaction of business. (2) Public health advisory council members shall be reimbursed pursuant to section 1216. (3) The department shall provide staff support to the public health advisory council.
