333.2215 Termination of advisory committee or task force; exception; review of advisory council, commission, board, task force, or body. Sec. 2215. (1) An advisory committee to the department created in this code or task force created under section 2213 shall terminate 2 years after the date of its creation or renewal unless the public health advisory council not later than 90 days before an advisory committee is to terminate reviews the need for the continued existence of the advisory committee or task force and thereafter recommends its continuance. (2) Upon the recommendation of the public health advisory council the director may reappoint or request reappointment of an advisory committee which would have been otherwise terminated pursuant to subsection (1). Subsection (1) does not apply to advisory councils, commissions, boards, task forces, or other advisory bodies which are not specifically designated as advisory committees.
