333.2241 Inspection or investigation to assure compliance; application for warrant. Sec. 2241. (1) To assure compliance with laws enforced by the department, the department may inspect, investigate, or authorize an inspection or investigation to be made of any matter, thing, premises, place, person, record, vehicle, incident, or event.
