333.2242 Warrant; affidavit required for issuance. Sec. 2242. Upon receipt of an affidavit made on oath establishing grounds for issuing a warrant pursuant to section 2243, a magistrate shall issue an inspection or investigation warrant authorizing the department applying for the warrant to conduct an inspection or investigation.
