333.2244 Warrant; finding of cause. Sec. 2244. The magistrate's finding of cause shall be based on the facts stated in the affidavit. The affidavit may be based upon reliable information supplied to the applicant from a credible individual, named or unnamed, if the affidavit contains affirmative allegations that the individual spoke with personal knowledge of the matters contained in the affidavit.
