333.2245 Warrant; directing to law enforcement officer; contents. Sec. 2245. An inspection or investigation warrant may be directed to the sheriff or any law enforcement officer, commanding the officer to assist the state or local health department in the inspection or investigation. A warrant shall designate and describe the location or thing to be inspected and the property or thing to be seized.
