333.2246 Warrant; execution. Sec. 2246. The officer to whom an inspection or investigation warrant is directed or a person assisting the officer may break an outer or inner door or window of a house or building, or anything therein, to execute the warrant, if, after notice of his or her authority and purpose, the officer is refused admittance, or when necessary to liberate the officer or person assisting the officer in execution of the warrant.
