§ 333.2471

333.2471 Program; establishment; objectives. Sec. 2471. The department shall establish a program pursuant to sections 2471 to 2498 with the following objectives: (a) To prescribe responsibilities of state and local governments for local health services. (b) To assure the availability, accessibility, and acceptability of required health services for the people of this state. (c) To establish the basis for equitable state reimbursement of expenditures to support local health services. (d) To assure that state reimbursement for reasonable and allowable costs for required and allowable local health services shall be provided at the level necessary to assure maintenance of the services on an equitable basis for the people of this state.
