333.2618 Publications; annual report; summary report; statement of limitations of data used. Sec. 2618. The department shall publish and make available periodically to agencies and individuals health statistics publications of general interest, publications bringing health statistics into focus on priority programmatic issues and health profiles. An annual report on the health information system shall be made available to the governor and the legislature and to collaborating agencies. A summary report of each area described in sections 2616 and 2617 shall be included in the annual report not less than once each 5 years. The department shall include in the report a statement of the limitations of the data used in terms of their quality, accuracy, and completeness. History: 1978, Act 368, Eff.
