333.2641 Fees; disposition of collections. Sec. 2641. (1) The department may charge fees for the reasonable cost of: (a) Reproduction, duplication, amendment, certification, or authentication of data. (b) Data searches other than those for which a fee is prohibited under section 3 of Public Law 93-579, 5 U.S.C. 552a.
