333.2715 Individuals ineligible to receive funds under MCL 333.2705 or 333.2707. Sec. 2715. An individual who participates in the national health service corps scholarship program under section 338A of title III of the public health service act, 42 U.S.C. 254l, or who has entered into an agreement that limits the individual's ability to serve in a Michigan health resource shortage area is not eligible to receive funds under section 2705 or 2707.
