333.5421 Chronic disease advisory committee; creation; appointment of members; committee subject to MCL 333.2215. Sec. 5421. The chronic disease advisory committee is created in the department. The governor shall appoint the members with the advice and consent of the senate. The committee is subject to section 2215. History: 1978, Act 368, Eff.
