333.5472 Notice of lead-based paint abatement. Sec. 5472. Before beginning a lead-based paint abatement, a person conducting lead-based paint abatement shall notify the department, on forms provided by the department or through electronic methods approved by the department, regarding information the department considers necessary in order to conduct an unannounced site inspection.
