333.5563 Administration and enforcement of part; rules.Sec. 5563. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this part, the administration and enforcement of this part is the responsibility of the department. (2) The department may promulgate rules under the administrative procedures act of 1969 that it determines necessary to implement, administer, and enforce this part. History: Add. 2014, Act 269, Eff.
