333.5725 Class action; purpose. Sec. 5725. The attorney general, on behalf of Vietnam-era veterans residing in this state who may have been injured because of contact with agent orange or a chemical agent while serving in the armed forces of the United States, may bring a class action against the federal government or any other party for the release of information relating to exposure to agent orange or a chemical agent and for release of individual Vietnam-era veterans' medical records.
