333.5828 Hospital bed to be provided; operation or treatment by physician or surgeon.Sec. 5828. The administrator of a hospital shall provide a bed in the hospital to which a child or youth with special health care needs is assigned for operation or treatment, or both, of the child's disease or specified medical condition.
