333.6243 License; denial, suspension, revocation, or refusal to renew; violation; hearing and appeal.Sec. 6243. The department may deny, suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a license of an applicant or licensee who is in violation of this part or rules promulgated under this part after opportunity for a hearing.
