333.6249 Individual, agent, representative, or officer; subject to part; violation; misdemeanor; revocation.Sec. 6249. (1) An individual or an agent, representative, or officer of a person subject to this part, which individual, agent, representative, or officer violates this part, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
