333.7113a Prescription drug and opioid abuse commission; recommendations to department of education.Sec. 7113a. By July 1, 2018, the prescription drug and opioid abuse commission established by Executive Order No. 2016-15 shall develop or adopt, and make available to the department of education, recommendations for the instruction of pupils on prescription opioid drug abuse. The recommendations required under this section must include, but are not limited to, recommendations for instruction on the prescription drug epidemic and the connection between prescription opioid drug abuse and addiction to other drugs.
