333.7217 Schedule 4; placement of substance. Sec. 7217. The administrator shall place a substance in schedule 4 if it finds all of the following: (a) The substance has a low potential for abuse relative to substances in schedule 3. (b) The substance has currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States.
