§ 333.7316

333.7316 Reinstatement of license; good moral character; public interest; disciplinary or corrective measure. Sec. 7316. The administrator may reinstate a revoked or suspended license to an individual whose license has been suspended or revoked under this article or remove a limitation as to a particular controlled substance if, after a hearing, the administrator is satisfied that the applicant is of good moral character, has met the criteria in the rules promulgated under section 16245(6), and should be permitted in the public interest to have his or her license reinstated or the limitation removed. As a condition of reinstatement, the disciplinary subcommittee, upon the recommendation of the administrator, may impose a disciplinary or corrective measure authorized under this article.
