333.8151 Recommendation by physician.Sec. 8151. A physician who determines that his or her patient is likely to receive therapeutic or palliative benefit from the use of pharmaceutical-grade cannabis to treat or alleviate the patient's debilitating medical condition or symptoms of the patient's debilitating medical condition may recommend the issuance of an enhanced pharmaceutical-grade cannabis registration card to that patient as an eligible patient.
