333.9503 Report. Sec. 9503. The department shall biennially submit a report to the senate and house committees with jurisdiction over matters pertaining to public health. The report shall evaluate the effectiveness of the breast cancer mortality reduction program. The report shall include, but is not limited to, data describing the rate of breast cancer morbidity and mortality in this state and the extent of participation in breast cancer screening.
