§ 338.2207

338.2207 Duplicate license or registration; signed statement; fee. Sec. 7. The department may charge a fee for the issuance of a duplicate license or registration. The duplicate shall not be issued unless the person applying for the duplicate signs a statement that the original document has been lost, stolen, or destroyed.
