§ 338.1714

338.1714 Reciprocity. Sec. 14. An applicant who is an examiner, licensed under the laws of another state or territory of the United States, may be issued appropriate license without examination by the board upon payment of the required fee and the production of satisfactory proof: (a) That the requirements for the licensing of examiners in such particular state or territory of the United States were at the date of licensing substantially equivalent to the requirements currently in force in this state to the satisfaction of the board. (b) That any requirements currently in force for the licensing of examiners in this state significantly differing from or in addition to the requirements for the licensing of examiners in such particular state or territory of the United States are fulfilled by the applicant to the satisfaction of the board. (c) That such other state or territory grants similar reciprocity to license holders of this state. History: 1972, Act 295, Eff.
