338.1082 Violation of act; penalty. Sec. 32. Except as otherwise provided in this act, a licensee, manager, or employee of a licensee who violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or by a fine of not more than $1,000.00, or both.
